Looking at the infrasonic backside, the place where the windows should be closed and the curtains drawn, anonymously rehearsing for a concert. Looking at the building, you will notice the musicians, sitting and rehearsing in their separately lit rooms. Every night, this results in a visual interplay of those parallel worlds - like some kind of mosaic or musical sequencer, still, this auditory interplay is not actually audible. The concept for this audiovisual sound portrait of the Robert Schumann School of Music building in Düsseldorf, was founded when thinking about the idea of "switching" these rooms on and off, thus connecting and arranging the independent pieces of music and light.
